Fort Lauderdale Scuba Lessons – Dive Fort Lauderdale reef and wrecks

Ft. Lauderdale Scuba Diving

Serving South Florida divers since 1976

Scuba Diving in the Fort Lauderdale area offers some of the best diving in the North America. Ft Lauderdale has it's own commercial inlet, Port Everglades, which gives quick access to the reef and wrecks laying just a mile off shore. However, most locals, when not pushed for time, enjoy diving out of Pompano Beach for clearer water and not as much big boat traffic.

The dive boats of Pompano
are actually easier to get to unless you are staying right on the beach in Fort Lauderdale. Either way, Force-E can have you diving on a different reef and wreck site every day for over a month. Scuba diving Fort Lauderdale reef and wrecks is fantastic. The fish life and the underwater topographies are majestic. Email us or call toll free 866-954-3489.

Drift Diving Off Fort Lauderdale

This area is the drift diving capitol of Florida. The Gulf Stream comes closest to Florida's shoreline here. It causes an average current of about one knot running parallel to the reef line. This gentle current allows the diver to slowly fly along the reef line without expending much energy. When you finish your dive, simply surface next to your personal float and flag. The boat will pick you up. It's so easy you'll get more time out of your tanks here. Email us or call toll free 866-954-3489.
