Pompano Beach Dive Trips (wrecks and reefs)

Considered some of the most attractive dive sites in South Florida with amazing visibility.  Here you can experience a number of ship wrecks and reefs including, the Sea Emperor or affectionately called the "Aqua-Zoo" because of its prolific life and the Pompano Ledge Moorings.  South Florida has more fish and wrecks, and better reefs and boats than anywhere in the U.S.  Contact us today and we'll have you on the best boats and dive sites in Florida. We have a boat in Fort Lauderdale. However, we recommend you dive Lauderdale like a local. Dive out of Pompano Beach (4 miles N. of Fort Lauderdale). The large commercial port there tends to degrade the water quality and reduce visibility. Pompano has a small clean inlet and the wrecks and reef are better. Most of our clients in Fort Lauderdale are Hotel guests and cruise ship passengers without transportation. Parking if Free in Pompano and costs $1 per hour in Fort Lauderdale.

Pompano Beach Shore Diving

Some of the best beach diving in Florida can be found in Broward County. Pompano Beach is just minutes from the Shore Diving Capitol of South Florida, Lauderdale-by-the-sea. The shallow beautiful reef is just a short swim from the beach.  It's great for snorkeling too! From anywhere in town, you can enter the water, swim about 100 yards and be on the reef.  There you can the well known Shipwreck Trail, a replica of a 1800s shipwreck.  Shore diving here is free and easy, and offers an amazing diversity of aquatic life.  We are local dive experts.  Stop by our Pompano Beach Force-E and we'll be happy to give you directions or better yet, hire a guide and we'll show you the best spots.  

Pompano Beach Drift Diving

This is the drift diving capitol of Florida.  The nature of the current makes drift diving the most common and popular way to dive the enchanting reefs.  This gentle current allows the diver to slowly drift along the reef line without expending much energy, giving you longer peaceful dives.  When you finish your dive, simply surface next to your personal float and flag, and the boat will pick you up.  It couldn't be easier!

Learning to dive and getting a scuba certification here is easy and convenient.  Force-E offers private and group scuba instruction from PADI and can accept referrals from all other major certification agencies.  You can even start today by taking all the academics in a online course.
