Ft. Lauderdale Boat Charters

Fort Lauderdale Dive Boats for scuba and snorkeling.

Ft. Lauderdale Dive Boats depart through Port Everglades inlet in the heart of the city. Sign up for a half day dive charter for two scuba dives on different sites. Scuba Diving and snorkeling in Fort Lauderdale is good. We have a boat in Fort Lauderdale. however, we recommend you dive Lauderdale like a local. Dive out of Pompano Beach (4 miles N. of Fort Lauderdale). The large commercial port in fort Lauderdale tends to degrade the water quality and reduce visibility. Pompano has a small clean inlet and the wrecks and reef are better. Most of our clients in Fort Lauderdale are Hotel guests and cruise ship passengers without transportation. Parking if Free in Pompano and costs $1 per hour in Fort Lauderdale. The warm waters of the Gulf Stream keep the water temperatures between 71-78 degrees in the winter, 74-82 in the spring and 82-88 all summer and fall. There is no end to the dive season in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Visibility averages around 60 feet and many days have 100 foot views in gin clear water.

Reef Diving

Dive with Force-E and visit incredible reef systems. Ft. Lauderdale’s reef is comprised of three bands running parallel to the shore ranging from 15 feet to 100 feet deep. Scuba and snorkel divers will discover the reefs are made up of coral growth on top of an eroded base of ancient reefs. South Florida is the home of drift diving. The light current that moves parallel to the reefs will gently move the scuba diver along the reef. Currents on the shallow reefs are almost nonexistent. Snorkelers rarely feel the effect. All of South Florida’s reefs have an abundance of life.

Wreck Diving

Ft. Lauderdale is famous for wreck diving. Force-E can show you a different artificial reef every day for two months. The Fort Lauderdale coast is one of the world's premiere wreck diving destinations. Broward and Palm Beach County has been sinking cleaned ships as artificial reefs for two decades. The wrecks were sunk to create quality habitat for fish. Scuba divers reap the benefits of these mysterious beauties. Many of the ships have a colorful history. Dive with Force-E and you'll dive from the best boats on the best sites.
