Post Hurricane... what can we do
We were all effected by our latest hurricane, Irma and now in the aftermath its time for us to come together to help rebuild.

You can help out by attending some local clean up events... here are a few in our area:

Sept 23: Beach Clean Up and Reef Round Up with SOL Saving Ocean Life
Our entire marine ecosystem is being threatened by the loss of our coral reefs. The Florida Department of Environmental Protection will teach us what we can do to help save our reefs. Then we will all pitch in to clean-up the beach. Bring a reusable water bottle and sunblock. SOL will provide all the clean-up supplies. Meet us on Sept 23 (Saturday) at 9 am on the second floor of the Garfield Community Center located at 300 Connecticut Street in Hollywood.

Sept 23: International Coastal Cleanup at Phil Foster Park
The Palm Beach County Diving Association is teaming up with Keep Palm Beach County Beautiful, Inc. for the 2017 International Coastal Cleanup on Saturday, September 23 at 9 am. Our location is Phil Foster Park (aka Blue Heron Bridge). This is a FREE event. Divers, surfers, beach goers, kids and families are all welcome to attend. To thank everyone for participating, every group that turns in a completed data card will have their trash weighed for a chance to win a prize. The group that collects the most trash (by weight) will be our winner. Community service hours are available for this event.

Sept 30: International Coastal Cleanup with the Sea Angels
We will be participating with the ICC, sponsored by the Ocean Conservancy & Keep Palm Beach County Beautiful, at our monthly beach cleanup. People from around the world will be participating and recording what litter they find to the Ocean Conservancy. Of course we will still be cleaning in our green way. Meet us on Sept 30 (Saturday) at 8 am at Ocean Inlet Park in Boynton Beach (6990 N Ocean Blvd). We give community service hours for those who need them and T-shirts will be available for free while supplies last. If you would like to participate contact us and we can send you the ICC registration form to bring with you or you can click here for the form: http://www.seaangels.org/#!events/c1mbs
