Sea Turtle Ecology

Force-E is offering the Sea Turtle Ecology Course on March 28, 2020 during our Sea Turtle Month.

The day will start at 9:30 am at Force-E Riviera for the classroom session. We will break for lunch then meet back at the dock at 12:45 pm, boat leaves at 1:30 pm.

We will be drifting the beautiful reefs of Palm Beach in search for sea turtles, especially Hawksbills. We have the Florida Hawksbill Project onboard for this fun dive class. We will spend the day learning about the project as researcher and permit holder, Larry Wood, captures and studies hawksbill turtles. You will learn what the Hawksbill contributes to our knowledge about the ecosystem of our local reefs and understand where they come from and where they are going and how far they range.

The cost for the class is $200, this includes the classroom session, boat trip, 2 air tanks and certification card (does not include academics). To reserve your spot you MUST complete payment on our website for this class to reserve your spot. This will fill up fast so don’t wait! Note: We ask that you are comfortable with drift diving between 50-70ft of water.
