Have you always wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater? If you want to try scuba diving, but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, the Force-E Try Scuba Diving is for you. Force-E Scuba Centers offers this program either in a pool, off a beach or from a dive boat. You can try scuba close to home or while you’re on vacation at a dive destination. While not a scuba certification course, Try Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world.

What will you learn?

Academics:
There are many options for your academics. You can select your own learning style by choosing to learn in a classroom with accompanying video or an online program. Each method is designed to teach you everything you need to succeed.

Get Credit:
Did you love your dive, then the next step is to get scuba certified. Your Try Scuba Diving experience may be credited toward the Open Water Diver course.

Open Water:
After your classroom and pool sessions you might want to try scuba diving in the ocean. We offer an optional dive either by shore or by boat to get you in to meet the marine life.

Force-E Try Scuba Diving Consists of:

Academic Instruction
Pool session
Scuba Rental Gear (recommend buying own mask & snorkel)
Optional Open Water Dive for additional cost (either boat or shore dives)

Buy Your Try Scuba

To enroll in a Force-E's Try Scuba Diving, you must be at least 10 years old. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health.

How does a Force-E Try Scuba Diving work?

We offer PADI, SSI, and SDI/TDI courses year round with experienced instructors to guide you through your Try Scuba Diving experience. Group classes consist of 4 people or more and we have set class dates throughout the year (see below). If the group classes don’t work for your schedule, consider a semi-private (2-3 people) or private class (1 person) where you set the dates and the instructor works with your schedule.

We offer this experience year round, just give one of our store locations a call or email and we will set you up with a Force-E Instructor.

What scuba gear will you use?

In the Force-E Try Scuba Diving experience, you use basic scuba gear including a regulator, buoyancy control device, dive computer and tank. We recommend students use or purchase their own mask, fins, snorkel and wetsuit for the course to assure comfort and familiarity with your gear. When you enroll in a Force-E course, students receive a 10% discount towards any purchase in store while they are training.
